Experience the CIA with a Public Tour
You’re invited to go behind the scenes of the CIA and get an inside look into our world of food with the CIA Experience—a new public tasting, learning, and touring experience at our New York campus. Available Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday at 2:30 p.m. Book your tour after your lunch or before your dinner reservation with us. The CIA Experience is approximately one hour in length.
