The Signature Series

The annual Beefsteak event is filled with enormous good cheer, unlimited great food, excellent CIA Beefsteak Blonde beer and local Taconic Bourbon, jubilant voices raised in song, a six-piece brass band, and joyful camaraderie of the table. Carnevale has been celebrated for centuries throughout Italy and now we’re bringing the festivities to Hyde Park! Grab your favorite mask (optional, of course!) and take delight in traditional Italian Mardi Gras dishes and Tuscan wines. Celebrate the historic Windows on the World restaurant with a panel discussion and dinner inspired by author Tom Roston’s latest book, The Most Spectacular Restaurant in the World. Join Roston along with special guests Kevin Zraly, Glenn Vogt, Michael Lomonaco, and others as they discuss New York City’s restaurant culture and the impact of Windows on the World. The evening will include a silent auction. A portion of the proceeds from the dinner and auction will support CIA scholarships in memory of those who lost their lives when the Twin Towers were destroyed on 9/11.
