The Signature Series
These annual traditions sell out fast! So grab your spouse, your friends, your neighbors, and make an evening of it.
The annual Beefsteak event is filled with enormous good cheer, unlimited great food, excellent CIA Beefsteak Blonde beer and local Taconic Bourbon, jubilant voices raised in song, a six-piece brass band, and joyful camaraderie of the table. Set in the gorgeous Farquharson Hall, you won’t find a more enjoyable way to spend an evening in February.

Beer and food lovers—are you ready? The fifth annual Brew U is on tap at the CIA! Join us to experience everything the CIA does best—beer, food, and education. Tour the award-winning Brewery at the CIA, attend fun seminars on a variety of topics related to brewing, enjoy delicious food prepared by CIA and guest chefs, and—of course—sample beers and ciders from some of New York State’s top breweries. The Most Spectacular Restaurant in the World
Celebrate the historic Windows on the World restaurant with a panel discussion and dinner inspired by author Tom Roston’s latest book, The Most Spectacular Restaurant in the World. Join Roston along with special guests as they discuss New York City’s restaurant culture and the impact of Windows on the World. The evening will include a dinner featuring a menu in collaboration with guest chefs and a silent auction. A portion of the proceeds from the dinner and auction will support CIA scholarships in memory of those who lost their lives when the Twin Towers were destroyed on 9/11.
