Rumor has it the ’20s are back. Experience Volstead, a throwback to Prohibition-era speakeasies, brought to you by The Culinary Institute of America’s senior class. A swell of a time is in store as you will be captivated by our breathtaking ambiance. Enjoy specialty cocktails and hors d’oeuvre at a pre-event reception, then head inside to the dining room at Farquharson Hall, where you will feast on an extravagant seven-course meal.
