The Culinary Institute of America’s senior class invites you to Royale! This grande masquerade-themed night will feature live music, raffles, a silent auction, ‘Best Theme-Dressed’ award, and of course, fine dining. The students will bring you a night of royale celebration with their elegant culinary creations. This student-planned, operated, and organized event celebrates and showcases what the future leaders in the culinary world have learned at their time at The Culinary Institute of America.

Half the proceeds from the event will benefit The Frances Foundation for Kids Fighting Cancer. We are proud to support their mission of bringing joy and relief to families living with pediatric cancer. The remaining event proceeds fund student scholarships at The Culinary Institute of America.

Royale will be held on Saturday, November 6, beginning at 4 p.m. in our stunning Farquharson Hall. Following the cocktail hour, a five-course tasting menu will be presented. To add to the grandeur of our gala, the recommended dress code is formal (black tie encouraged). Guests are encouraged to add some mystery to the night by wearing a masquerade-style eye mask.

These CIA students are taking all of their learned knowledge and applying it to a charity event their final senior project.
