The Culinary Institute of America’s senior class presents Arden: Into the Timeless Forest, an evening inspired and nurtured by art. Embark on a night filled with magic and endless possibilities. When dusk fades, let us capture your senses with the finest handcrafted elixirs and potions. Wander down the path to Farquharson Hall, where you’ll be met with a tasting menu showcasing the beauty and hidden elements of nature. Throughout the evening, there will be a silent auction and raffle available for a chance to win unique prizes.
This student-planned, operated, and organized charity event celebrates and showcases what the future leaders in the culinary world have learned during their time at the CIA. The evening will benefit No Kid Hungry, a national campaign run by Share Our Strength, who works to solve problems of childhood hunger and poverty in the United States and throughout the world.
