Learn, Sip, Shop, and Savor at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone
Experience flavors of the Napa Valley and beyond at our Tasting Bar. Here you can sample charcuterie, cheese, chocolate, and super-premium olive oils from our Oleoteca® Villa Campestri as you enjoy wines by the glass in a welcoming lounge area. Look through the glass adjacent to the Tasting Bar and you’ll see the Ghirardelli Chocolate Discovery Center, designed with ideal confectionery-making conditions in mind.
Visiting on a Saturday or Sunday? Attend a cooking demonstration. The CIA’s DeBaun Theatre comes to life with live cooking demos performed by the school’s renowned chef-instructors. The one-hour event feature recipes that reflect the seasonal flavors of the Napa Valley wine country and are paired with a glass of wine.
