Sundays on the Terrace
Join us every Sunday until November in the Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant for Sundays on the Terrace starting at 1 p.m. until sunset. Enjoy small plates created by CIA graduate, Jeanna DeMarco. Menu items range from $9 to $12 and include wood fired pizzas, sliders, smoked ribs, and salads made with produce from our CIA Student Farm. Beverages include cocktails, wine, and craft beers. No reservations are need.

While in the store, be sure to visit the Flavor Bar, where you can enjoy unique “Taste Like a Chef” sensory experiences that will give you insight into food ingredients and how a chef uses flavor to create perfectly seasoned dishes and confections.
Visiting on a Saturday or Sunday? Attend a cooking demonstration. The CIA’s DeBaun Theatre comes to life with live cooking demos performed by the school’s renowned chef-instructors. The one-hour event feature recipes that reflect the seasonal flavors of the Napa Valley wine country and are paired with a glass of wine.

2012 Best of Wine Tourism Award
The Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant at The Culinary Institute of America has been recognized with the 2012 Great Wine Capitals Best Of Tourism Award for Wine Tourism Restaurants because of the multiple educational opportunities it offers guests including access to view chefs and students in open teaching kitchens; educational tips on its wine list offering flights of wines to compare and contrast varietals, winemakers and vintages; and their weekly series of wine tasting events with the Napa Valley Vintners that give visitors the chance to meet and interact with local vintners.
