Celebration of Cuisines
There is endless variety to be enjoyed in the flavors of the new world. At Nao we are committed to introducing you to the scope of cuisines found across Latin America. In the upcoming year, we will be featuring the cuisines of the Yucatán of Mexico, Asian Roots of Peru, The Gaucho Kitchen, Modern Mexico, Venezuela: Caribbean Crossroads, and the unique cuisines of Puerto Rico.
This program of ever-changing cuisines, allows us to offer you a window into other culinary worlds in a fun and exciting way. Join us and be prepared to experience the world anew!
Pre-Theater Dinner Reservations
The Culinary Institute of America and Half Moon Theatre are excited to continue our partnership that brings New York-style theatrical performances to the Marriott Pavilion on the CIA’s Hyde Park campus. Enjoy a meal in either the The Bocuse Restaurant, American Bounty, Ristorante Caterina de’ Medici, or Pangea Restaurant prior to the show.
The CIA will offer a special pre-show, three-course, prix fixe menu prior to each Friday and Saturday performance, for $39 per person (only $29 at our fun new pop-up restaurant, Pangea). Please make your dinner reservation for one of the following times in order to take advantage of this special offer: 5:30, 5:45, 6, or 6:15 p.m.

Student Charity Dining Events
Presented by CIA bachelor’s degree students, these events help raise money for local charities. These future stars in the hospitality industry are responsible for all of the planning and execution, from menu development to the overall ambiance and design of the events.
