Latin Pop-Up Dinners in San Antonio
Dine at the exclusive chef’s table (only 14 seats available per dinner) in the Latin Teaching Kitchen and enjoy watching our advanced bachelor’s degree students in action as they prepare a five-course meal paired with wine and beverages just for you.
These future stars in the hospitality industry are engaged in the CIA’s Latin Cuisine Studies program that immerses them in the cuisine and culture of Latin America. The Culinary Institute of America and Half Moon Theatre are excited to continue our partnership that brings New York-style theatrical performances to the Marriott Pavilion on the CIA’s Hyde Park campus. We’re throwing a bash to celebrate The Culinary Institute of America’s 10 years in San Antonio! It’s been a great decade and we are excited about what the future holds for both the CIA and San Antonio.
Help us celebrate by joining us for a wonderful dinner prepared by talented guest chefs—all of whom are alumni of the CIA’s Center for Foods of the Americas—and overseen by Nao’s Executive Chef Zach Garza.
